Just go straight to the Masterpass sign up page: https://masterpass.com/en-us/ and make a new account there, and add whatever card you want.

Then when you try to sign in through newegg it'll be confusing since it still wants you to use your Capital One account for sign-in. What you need to do is click "change your wallet" and then it'll let you enter the Masterpass username and password that you created above. |
