Careful, Sends obviously damaged products and customer service will not help unless you buy directly off their site

Ordered a bosch 18v circular saw with the l boxx carry and storage case and it arrived smashed and was obviously not inspected. Shiping box was perfect but inside the box was a ripped and taped up retail packaging and when i opened that the plastic storage case which cost $60 without the saw had five huge cracks and a hole taken out wof it., saw was also scuffed. With the way the packaging was taped up the seller obviously knew they where sending a damaged product. Emailed them and they never bothered to respond, even asked if they could just send me a replacement case and i would accept the saw in its condition since thet also sell the l boxx cases. Instead i just get a label from ups with no explaination to what it belongs to or what it was for. I called the company and they told me the label was for the return, that they would not replace or exchange for a new one because i purchased from urlhasbeenblocked site instead from them directly. At least i will get a refund for my troubles but would not help out in any way other then that, i really just wanted a new box or replacement after returning now that the sale is over. Customer service never responds back to emails and you must call and sit on hold forever in order to get any king of reply. One of my worst experiences with online shopping.
