Purchased!! As for Amazon Alexa vs Google Home, I have 4 Alexa devices now and am making the switch now and have 4 purchased 4 Google devices. The Alexa is great at tracking your Amazon stuff and a bit ahead on home automation, however, it is dumb as a box of rocks on answering questions. The Google Assistant based devices are FAR FAR above the Alexa devices in intelligence. Both are pretty good audio devices on the larger units. You're not going to go wrong with either, just depends on your needs. Prime will give you music on the Alexa, Google Play with the music and YouTube Red gets you music and ad less YouTube as well.

You can use echo to get some good deals in amazon but Google home can't do that.

Yes, didn't do the deal yesterday when it showed up. But when the 15.00 coupon showed up, I figured it was a good enough deal especially since I purchased some discounted Ebay gift cards from Samsung Pay.
