But in all seriousness, you should definitely make sure it wasn't someone signing you up for a card as part of an identity fraud kind of deal if you didn't sign up for it.
Edit: The Amazon Prime card is what the old Amazon Visa was upgraded to. If you did already have an Amazon credit card (Just not the prime one) - That upgrade is automatic. It's the same card, but with additional features and perks.
