If Switching Phones on Verizon...
If you're on Verizon and are switching from a previous phone to this phone, note that an existing nano SIM card may not work. I tried to move a nano SIM from a Droid Turbo, but their system wouldn't accept it for the G4. A support rep had to ship me a micro SIM card, or you would have to go into a corporate store to get a free replacement SIM that works for the G4.

I've been using one for the past year and I like it. I wouldn't say it's snappy, but it's good enough for most things if you don't have 10 browser tabs open. It's $200 less than anything that feels noticeably faster. The camera is the low point, and the screen is the high point. Use a tempered glass screen protector on it though.

The specs say the battery is nonremovable, but it's definitely easily replaceable. Just pop off the back and remove a few tiny hexalobe screws.

My wife has had one of these for about two years. We bought it for $200. It's been a great phone for her. It's very lightweight and great form factor for the price. I have the G5, and personally, I still prefer the larger screen and colors on her G4.
