I think some people miss the point of whole foods. The food you get at your regular grocery store is not the same level of quality as whole foods. Maybe if you spent more money on real food you'd spend less on prescriptions and copays.

Some local groceries are starting to sell more organic produce, but I do agree with you. You have to know what you are shopping for and not buy prepackaged junk.
After the Amazon takeover (?), I have found that a lot of the "real" whole foods are significantly discounted. Meaning fresh / perishables items. Not to say that real food is cheap as it is not subsidized like sugar, beets, beef, and wheat, so every bit counts - we go through $20-$40 of apples a week depending on the type on sale and that's just eating - no juicing.
No limit on the gift cards.. purchased $900 + saved an additional 2% from e bates.

Is organic really that necessary? I mean, we don't live in a world that has ONLY organic food then what's the point of sometimes having the overpriced organic food when your diet is still "polluted" by non-organic at the same time? Also, the exposure to normal food in the real world could better adjust and strengthen our immune system. I wonder the increasing level of food allergies nowadays may have something to do with the overcleaned processed/organic food that makes people become as fragile as those incubated flowers in a green house.

2) On the road, the WF hot tables are a value compared to some sit-down restaurants.

E bates excludes GC purchases
It says that, but I usually get the CB when buying from Staples.
Combined with 5x Chase Ink points at Staples, this is pretty good.
