I will never buy gc from bestbuy.com again. Last time they sent me Marshall's gc with 0 balance/ unactivated.

All the ebay and bestbuy GCs I ordered from Bestbuy were fine and had the full balance. You should probably contact Bestbuy if they really were empty.

You can't buy any GC using GC. GCs can only be bought through other payment methods than GC itself.
