Anybody has experience with Amazon's digital credit expiration policy? For example, if you get the $1 credit for slow shipping, how long does it expire? If you add new credit like this promotion, does it extend the expiration for the whole balance like Google reward does? Thanks

No, their original expiration date applies, and the only way to know is to keep track of the emails they sent you with each credit.
