I think it'd be helpful if someone added an explanation of what this does... Like why use it vs Google Maps or Waze. Google maps is nice because it even considers bus routes if you ever use that for travel... I like waze for road alerts like the po-po, dual to single lane merges due to construction, etc
I've used the lite version in Japan and Europe. It's like a comprehensive map available offline. Google maps offline isn't available everywhere, like Japan.
In app purchases, so technically not free

I had installed it before; it was similar to Here WeGo maps (free), in that I could download the open sourced maps and navigate without service (like in airplane mode.). I uninstalled it because Here maps is always free and I wanted to have the same app on all our family phones.

When you're at another country without data roaming nor WiFi....or simply you don't have any data left!

In free version you could only have 1 offline map!

If you ever end up driving through the mountains with no service you will want one of these apps. You can download an entire state and it doesn't expire like google does.

There is no reason to use it anymore. I had it back in 2012-2013 and it was helpful in Europe, but google maps has offline maps now, making this pretty redundant.
