It doesn't matter what you buy to sous vide with - as long as you vacuum sealed the item, it will work.

Technically you could just get by with just a ziplock bag.

Thanks! I literally ordered two of these from Amazon 3 days ago for $88 plus tax so this is a pretty big difference. Unfortunately they wouldn't credit me the difference so looks like I have to return and rebuy.

I have the plastic version of the same sealer. You have to trim the rolls down. It's not a big deal though.

Wow! I'm surprised they wouldn't credit you. You know you can drop off returns at Kohl's until February 1st for free returns, right? I just figured I'd let you know in case you weren't aware of that.
