This actually sounds great. The only thing I don't like is the "Several shopping excursions are arranged during the tours. A minimum amount of time (60 mins) must be spent at each shopping site. However, there is no obligation to purchase anything. For those who are not very keen on shopping, visits to shopping sites should be treated as cultural learning experiences as well the products including jade, silk, tea, etc. are deeply ingrained in the Chinese culture and well worth learning." This sounds like a time-share for selling unwanted products and having to do several of them makes me wary.

they will bring you to many factory shops that are expensive, maybe 3 a day.the hotels are ok maybe 3 star, bring $1 bills to tip maybe $100,you muct like chines food as you get it everyday,it tastes better than the stuff you get in America, dont go to dancing in hotel its a prostitution ring, get the guide to organize a price for a massage or they will charge you $500-1000 or try to kill you if you don't pay,the guide warned one tourist and he went to hotel massage, only 30 of us were there he would not have survived as they wanted to beat him up as he did not want to pay $500,bring lots of clothes for 10 days as you will not have time to wash them and hotel laundry is expensive, and westernclothes are expensive think 4 times the price of usa

I went on one of these tours before. Everything was good except the "shopping" part. True, that they can't force you to buy anything, but if you don't, the tour guide will give you this shit face for the rest of the trip. I'm guessing they all probably get kick backs from the shops so. Those stores are probably paying for part of the trip, in return to get more sales from the tourists.

The tip is pre-set at $100?! And the price is "from", which means definitely more than $799. No need for a tour, just travel independently.

Can we visit the shopping mall that UCLA basketball players shoplifted? Maybe they'll have some Big Baller shoes.
