Inside Advanced Auto I found some cheap looking Mechanix brand gloves called Nitro Dipped or Nitro Grip that had an extreme tacky grip that would seem perfect for lifting cold heavy cardboard boxes that slip out of your grip. 8 pairs for $12 would be a great price, but they were much more than that.
