KidKraft Sparkle Mansion Dollhouse (YMMV) $70

Saw this dollhouse on sale while I was in my local Sam's Club today. It's the KidKraft Sparkle Mansion dollhouse (model #65946) and it's HUGE (4 1/2 feet tall). Sam's Club lists the normal price as $149.98, though Amazon is currently listing it as $230 and it seems to be a similar price on eBay after shipping. Pics posted for reference. I know KidKraft may not be top quality craftsmanship, but at $70, it seems like a great deal if you have the room to store it.
