Obviously, this deal is best served if you buy two $200 cards and use a chase ink card because you will pay 206.95 x 2 = $413.90 and get $20 back = $6.10 MM plus earn 2069 Chase Ultimate Rewards Points.
The activation fee is $6.95 for the $200 card and might be the same or a dollar less for the $100 card.

Somewhat off topic, but I did not receive my ink rewards this month, and I looked back and realized I wasn't fully credited for my $30 recycling in December. I contacted the rewards department about it, and she said it was a known problem that Staples was looking into. She did give me a credit, but if others are having this problem you may wish to wait and see if it resolves itself. I'm not sure if I'm going to get double credit by calling though.
