Even with that giant wheel in the front and the tiny one in back?
I think it looks cool. My grandpa bought me a bike like this in the 80s, and I didn't start riding it until a couple of years ago. Heavy as heck, and the three gears did the trick. Favorite part was the wide handlebars, such a comfortable ride. Someone stole mine eventually.
Nevermind the haters, if I had $90 to blow and needed a bike it'd pick this sucker up. Rep'd for fun.
There are two types of people I hate, those who are intolerable of others' culture and the dutch

Appears to be single speed so those hipsters maybe late to get the latest shipment of "raw" water.
What's with the hate on the single gear for this bike? This bike would look ridiculous with a multi-gears setup. Single gear helps keeping the cost down and easier to maintain.

Even now most city bikes will be 7 speed... Essentially one a set of gears (I don't know terminology). Most cities have some kind of elevation change that make 7 gears worth it at bare minimal.
Crusier bikes are the ones that usually have fat tires, single speed, and giant springy seats.

Metal corrodes quickly in the salty beach environments so this bike is cheap enough to toss after a few years when it becomes too corroded to use.
This price is almost certainly cheaper than buying a crap used one that rental places sell after the season is over...
But most dutch bikes are not single speed
