How long does it take to get the $10 credit? EDIT: Looks like almost immediately. Much better than the ones from Cashstar.

My assumption is similar to how the cash star $10 cash back when you spend 150 worked. You purchased the $100 gift card, and then they sent you a digital code for $10 that expired within a month or so. However, on the cashstar deal, you had to wait about a month before you even got the credit for the $10. This sounds like it may be instantaneous.
