It actually looks like decent hardware for the money (at this price), but it's hard to imagine buying something this high-end and not having the option for a real controller. Controlling via smartphone just isn't ideal, especially when the video feed is only available over the goggles.

Could be fun to take your kids for a virtual "ride", but I'm still going to hold out for a Spark Fly More or Mavic deal. I need thumbsticks!
