Sears has the craftsman storage shed CBMS8401 storage shed for $499 plus tax and free shipping. This is almost the exact same as the BMS7400 which is the suncast version that is actually a bit smaller and considerably more.
The free shipping is the real winner here as the lowest price for the BMS7400 is $539 plus tax and shipping unless you pick it up in store.
Here is the link for the 8x4 from Sears:

These sheds normally with shipping are well over $700 so I think this is a great deal. I went with the Sears option.

If you have a Sears nearby, you might want to go over and look at it before you buy it. The quality seems good, but other than a push lawnmower and a few shovels and rakes, that's all that will fit.
i had to pick it up at the store though and get it home
we built a wood platform to put it on
the thing that sucks about this unit is this:
You see in the picture how they show those Gladiator like white planks along the back? yeah well see, they need to sit on these very specific rails that only craftsmen make and despite there seemingly holes around the unit, they really only have that one spot and they dont go across the entire back
furthermore, it only comes with 3 shelves, yet you could theoreitcally put 10 shelves in total (3 in each back corner and 2 in the front corners i think),. Be prepared to spend another $30 for 3 more shelves.
lastly, what is annoying is the upper spot has so much potential capacity usage. I know there is some craftsman unit where u can buy a loft kit, but not sure if this is the one or not, but the kit is not for all units and doesn't fit mine - which looks identical to this unit
anyway, i own this or a nearly identical model AMA

I'm thinking I may just build my own out of wood using one of those wood frame kits as I need 8x7 or larger but don't want to spend $700.
