It will be auto renewed next year and you can't subscribe and cancel unlike amazon prime. Looks like you need to cancel annual subscription after 3/3/18 to avoid getting charged next hear on auto renewal.

Just signed up, but this is what it says when I went to my account and clicked on Premier Membership: You are currently not enrolled in Newegg's Premier Membership Program.

maybe it just needs some more time.

Note: just tried placing an order for an item that had $7 s/h, but once I added it to my cart, it was reduced to free shipping

And free is about what Premier is worth, imo.
