You can always buy a gift card with a Best Buy gift card. I did that many times. I think Best Buy is the only store where we can buy another gift card from Best Buy gift card.

In store, you can always use a Best Buy gift card to purchase another gift card. Online however, it will not let you at all. Once a gift card is in your Best Buy online cart, the option to even pay with a BB gift card doesn't appear.

Trust me. I did this a lot buying Disney gift cards recently. In store, no problem, no questions.

Couldn't you buy a $50 Best Buy GC in-store, lock in your 10% Chase Pay bonus, then use that GC to pay for this online-only deal? Not 100% sure, just thinking out loud...
