I think there is allot of fake promotion on Aukey stuff, people just comment on how good it is just to promote the brand.

Aukey is one of those Chinese brand that piggybacks on paid promotion, and SD latches on to their products. I haven't been overly impressed enough to become a "fan" like I am of certain brands that are really nice like... Subaru!

This is my understanding too... It's just that the name looks similar to Anker, so people feel they are similar companies, so feel like they are getting Anker quality products for a massive discount.

So anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding from looking into it a bit, is Anker actually makes much of their products, but Aukey mostly just puts their label on generic products that others also sell/can sell.
I don't think I'd say Aukey is really comparable...I think the names looking similar really drives the urge to consider them similar/same imo.

This is the deal breaker for me will it continue to charge after the device reaches 100 and starts draining again?

Maybe but aukey makes a good product especially for this price. Power output on 10,000 is only 2.1 combined or I'd be all over this. My qc 2.0 and 3.0 packs have been awesome.

It seems these aren't advertising quick charge 2 or 3 capability. Can anyone comment?

I know they have models that say it has it. Unfortunately these do not, I'm pretty sure.

Doesn't look like it. If it did, that would be advertised.
