EDIT: credit to TheIceDragon for finding coupon code "CODES" to knock the price down a bit. Applying the code knocks the price down to $24.49.

I did a quick search and didn't see it posted. hdmoviecodes.com [hdmoviecodes.com] has a 15 movie pack for $24.99. Works out to ~$1.67 per movie. Choose from either the iTunes pack [hdmoviecodes.com] or UV HD pack [hdmoviecodes.com]. You get 1 code for each movie. The site explicitly lists the following:

but when frequently mediocre movies can be found for a few dollars each the bundle of a bunch i don't really want probably isn't worth it
I didn't have any of these so I pulled the trigger. I'll just mention that I iTunes links I received didn't immediately work because of a missing parameter.
BUT the redemption code was in the URL so I snagged that and was able to redeem in iTunes no problem.
