Creatine - https://us.myprotein.com/sports-n...n=10852413

Also good to note that Myprotein is offering free delivery on all orders over $25. If you use a blender, I personally recommend Unflavored, you can always add flavor and sweetners if you like that. I use a scoop of unflavored + another flavor like mocha or chocolate smooth
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Gonna have to disagree on that one. If you are only going to be mixing the protein with other things (oatmeal, baking), then sure. But drinking unflavored protein with added flavorings just isn't the same

I am very new to protein. I recently purchased Combat protein ( cookie and cream) at Costco, it was very sweet for me and have to hold my breath to finish it. Is it too bland to mix with water? If I don't like any sweetness, do you recommend unflavored protein?

This is a good deal - I got in on the last one, and still have a little left or I'd for sure jump on this deal. I just got the chocolate brownie flavor and it was fine; put a little PB powder in it and it makes a good drink! Good post, OP.

You can mix with water. I know a lot of people that do that. Some people use almond milk, etc as well.If you're not a fan of sweetness, I definitely recommend unflavored. When I don't use a blender I'll generally just chug the shake, it's not supposed to be enjoyable in my opinion.

I typically will use a blender when I make a shake, I add oatmeal, peanut butter, cocoa powder, banana, whatever you want and it's tastes so much better than the artificial flavors you get. I actually like these shakes as well which is nice. Hope this helps!

I like their protein. Always use a scoop of my favorite flavors (usually anything chocolate) with 4 cups of coffee in a shaker (my preworkout/breakfast). Then a scoop with water and half a cup of milk postworkout.

Never noticed anything with Creatine after being on it for a year, gave it up years ago.

Is this still one of the top wheys available? The last few times this brand has appeared on slickdeals the comments are always divided because they changed their formula or something, and it has more cholesterol.

If you find it too sweet a good method is to mix flavored protein with unflavored to dillude it.

if you are looking for a subtle taste, i personally use powdered peanut butter (PB2, PBfit, etc.) in milk -- that's if you like peanut butter taste...or you can just add a small amount of ovaltine/nesquik or just mix unflavored whey in chocolate milk....few of the convenient approaches without using a blender, etc...

Total Noob question. I have been trying to loose weight since Dec. I am lifting weight 3x/week and yoga 4x/week with calorie counting and portion control. Is it good to add whey protein in my diet?

I go to gym in the evening, right after coming back from work and I am usually very hungry. Right now I have fruits & nuts but was thinking to replace it with Protein shake. Is this protein good for that?

Possibly. Studies have indicated that people on controlled calorie diets taking protein supplements had improvements in body composition vs not. Also additional protein could help you maintain muscle mass while you diet. Finally, as for hunger, that may be more based upon your own preferences and how much fruit nuts you're eating. Protein does help increase feelings of fulness, but then so do fats and fiber.
