It should, and as they are both LaVIew / Hikvision OEM they should pair up well.
Just need to ensure that you have good wifi out to the frontdoor area.

About Laview ... eh, I dont know. They aren't very quick to update firmware as Hikvision releases them, so I dont know how much support they'd provide other than "wait for Hikvision" for stuff. To be fair, I haven't been following the ipcamtalk thread on this. Is Laview actively working with customers to address issues or has everyone simply gone the hikvision firmware route to get the latest fixes/features?
I just noticed this LaView only has 3 face plates vs the RCA 4... its missing the white plates
