Just got an email for BOGO Entree that I am able to bring up on my Smash App for being a member. I would imagine that everyone that is a member can replicate the deal.

I walked into a location near me with my family of 4 with a coupon excited to try Smashburger for the first time only to find that they had a makeshift signed taped to the menu stand stating "we don't take coupons of any kind at this location". I walked out without buying anything.

Completely depends on the individual franchise you visit, and who you get at the register. Experiences with their coupons see to vary from chill and any valid one works, to highly restricted and they only accept what is on a logged in app or such.

Thanks OP!

Each time I go, I'm the only one in line using these coupons. The others are just using the coupons they get from the receipt ($2 off or BOGO w/ 2 drink purchase). They seem to be doing well at my location. Sometimes their kitchen is backed up to a point where we have to wait 20 minutes

Lol.. they should just reduce the price of everything by half and make real money.. people will go there once.. pay $12 for something you can get somewhere else for cheaper and then never come back. Horrible business strategy IMO.

Lol. Just used this tonight. No one was inside, but was late. Even with coupon still over 15.00 for order. To top it off both burgers were way too salty. As it was close to closing didn't want to send back. But did fire off the survey.
