I wanted to share a theory I have with the website Brickseek.com.
I am an avid deal hunter and recently joined Brickseeks "premium" account for 10$ per month. seems fair if i can find a deal and save at least $10.
I found that many of the good deals on websites, specifically Lowes become posted on brickseeks "deal" page ONLY AFTER i searched for their inventory levels.
My theory is Brickseek uses our searchs to find "their" deals. This is important if you are waiting for price drops, or if you see something you really want. If you search inventory levels on brickseek then they may post it and someone else might buy it first. It happened to me a few times.
