But can it do this? __ _
The official ones are definitely better constructed and built (refer to all the reviews about misaligned screw holes, etc), whether or not they're worth $200-300 more depends on you. ie. my parents can't tell the difference between a $5 usb mice and my $60 Logitech G403, but I sure can.

Albeit this comparison is more like an "entry" level gaming mice by some off-name brand and a real gaming mice.

If you want a reputable brand, DXRacer is $300: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A26AECK/
There's so many of these types of chairs, and I don't know if the $400 versions are worth $300 more.

Almost bit on this deal when I seen it, but seems to be the going price for it from Newegg, and others. I'd like to know how it holds up though. Still may bite!

Some reviews on the sams page say the assembly sucks. Mostly positive as far as comfort. Anyone have personal experience?

Is there a website that shows a comparison table of all the different OFM gaming chair models? There's like a dozen different models.

my guess is the cheap ones like this have crappy vinyl coating that will flake off after
a year or so like it did on my crappy ikea markus chair that everyone here raves over.

I'm about to pull the trigger on this. Before I do does anyone have any cons about this besides the difficult assemble.

I would have a hard time believing the assembly is any more difficult that any other computer chair. Back and base and put together via the arms and a few bolts, wheels snap into 5-arm base, telescopic pedestal put in place, possibly held in with a bolt or two, and then into the metal bracket that will connect the pedestal to the base of the chair. No experience with the quality, but most computer chairs are made out of materials that break down fast enough if used heavily. Rarely with a cheap chair last more than a few years. If you're crafty, you can always restuff the seat cushion. My chair needs replacing and last time out, I bought a cheap chair. Gave me about 6 years, but I can now feel the bolts, so time for a new one.

I think for $100, it's worth a shot.
