Just received an email this morning about this rollback. If size is what you are after and 4K without hdr, you would be hard pressed to find a better deal than this. I just bought the 60" Hisense at Best Buy for $449 or I might have jumped on this deal.

Few TVs have native 120Hz, and those that do are more than twice as much for this size (prob closer to 3x as much). So it's up to the individual user as to whether it's worth it.
I bought a 55" for my dad 1.5 years ago and it died just after the one year mark. It was a target bf special. Not sure how the models compare.
Bought two 40" ones about 5 years ago. One had the circuit board die after a few months, it got fixed under warranty by a local guy. It just fried again and is dead. The other one is still alive but is mostly used as an Xbox TV now. Both had dead pixels from day one.
Short answer is no. Most tvs are not 120hz, and they will have a qualifying adjustive like trumotion or clearmotion in front of the refresh rate which just means it simulates that refresh rate. In practice you would want to turn off any extra image processing so you could achieve the lowest input lag or gaming type mode. Most of your sources wont take advantage of 120 fps. Sports, porn, and some old westerns are 30fps. Most movies are 24fps. Any console you buy the highest framerate you can hope for is 60 fps or 60hz. Only computers really take advantage of anything over 60hz.

That's not sold by Walmart, it's a marketplace seller.
I bought this model last year around September and for the money I have no regrets. The only issues maybe sound which you could buy a sound bar and lightly darkened vertical lines in the middle of the screen since new. It was nothing I would return the tv for, but worth mentioning. I can only see the lines on a solid background. I will try to post pics.
First pick is normal viewing where I cant see lines.
Second pick you can notice vertical lines. NOTE THE HORIZONTAL LINES ARE DUE TO REFRESHING AND CAN ONLY BE SEEN BY MY CAMERA.
