Target has both V8 models on clearance. This was an add'l markdown that took place last night. Brick Seek has not updated the price as of this morning.

No I didn't buy the v6 or v7. See model number on receipt.

I mean the V8 absolute price mistake ($350) through Dyson went Front Page. This is $50 cheaper but doesn't come with what I thought were redundant free tools.

V10 came out yesterday. Big improvement. Diff between v6 and v8 is just minimal.

YMMV. Prices are still $349/$420 around me on Brickseek.

I just got a V8 Animal but those new V10 improvements are really nice.

Def YMMV but price in store for me was different than Brick Seek. I know they updated the price on the boxes this morning because I bought it last night and returned this morning to find the add'l markdown. Could be a local price mistake...not familiar with brick seek enough to know if there is a lag in pricing updates.

I was about to cancel my order directly from Dyson, but I got none in stock at that price in my area whoever scores at that price what a slickdeal!

All $419 in my area. Hopefully the markdown will happen sometime soon. Been wanting the V8 with the bigger battery for a while now. V10 is waaaaaaaaaay too expensive out of pocket even though it looks awesome.

In my area it's showing $350 for the Animal and $420 for the Absolute. Hope to see $350 for the Absolute in store today. Thanks for sharing!

For those who says that because of V10 improvements V8 doesn't worth it anymore - have you seen the price of V10? It's freaking seven hundred bucks! You can get like 7 Hoover vacuum cleaners for the same price which will last for like 20 years. So if you can get a previous model for half the price of a new - it's totally worth it for me.
