Nothing really, but the real deal is for mobile. I use the free version on mobile and it has saved me about 7GB data while blocking close to 500k ads. Premium version also blocks most in-app ads.

I did the free 14-day trial and really liked it. I'm going to buy this. I have tried a million different free ad blockers, and this is the only one I have found that will block ads on Yahoo View (which runs through Hulu, so I assume it would work on Hulu as well), nbc.com, and other video streaming. There's no guarantee that will be the case forever, but it's worth a $24 risk.
