2. The banner at the top saying your credits expire sometime in April, this banner should also go away after a few minutes, probably just waiting for a database change on Audibles end to update.
3. $50 echo credit is sent out a few minutes after ordering, it does not show up right away. You should receive a separate email from Amazon letting you know it is being applied to your account
4. Echo credit is good for any echo product, Echo, Dot, Show, etc. I can also confirm it also stacks with the two current promotions I saw listed on the pages, $30 off two Echo's (2nd gen) and $150 off two Echo Shows. I actually did stack this with two Shows taking $200 off + 5% store card cash back making the second show basically free. If you want to sell 1 or flip both that should basically cover the show or the 12 month Audible membership.
