Gee whiz, the rtings review of the C7 compares it to the 2016 B6, not the 2017 B7 in this post. And the review actually says the B6 is a better buy. I guess you have a point… somewhere.
The only difference is the C7 outputs Atmos and one has a silver frame whereas the other has a black frame.

C7 has HDR Peak Brightness 718 cd/m2, B7 only has 670 cd/m2.
C7 has a score of 7.3/10 for Temporary Image Retention, B7 only has 6.0/10.
The differences aren't big, but if you want the absolute best like I do then your choice would be the LG C7. Also, an OLED's brightness score is very important because they do not get as bright as LEDs, so you should look for the brightest OLED you can find.
