Also, is the physical or digital? I'm not seeing anything saying one way or another.
I wouldn't at all count that anymore as the new good deal prices may well be higher from now on. Recall 6 months ago was before the announcement about first party games coming to Game Pass on release day. As a result the price _may_ never go that low again. That said things can and do change. If the first party games don't pay off on bossing subscriber counts, then Game Pass will probably be back to lower prices again.
This logic is stupid, so if a price goes crazy low once in a lifetime time , everything higher is not a great price? Even if it's over 30% off original price?

That thread sold out very quickly and there is no telling where the seller got those keys so it's not guaranteed that all those keys will work. Currently, this is the best price you will find and the keys are guaranteed to work or you get replacement key.

I received my code immediately and was also sent it in an email as soon as I made the purchase. I would contact them and see what's up. I've never had an issue with them before.
