Go to "dd card" -> manage cards -> add a card -> select no you don't have a card -> choose a design -> type in 3 and confirm linked credit card details and voila!

Can confirm it does work. Just added $10 via DD app and got $3 cash back notification from Groupon app instantaneously.

I think it says valid for in store purchases only unless you can ask them to reload your DD Perk balance in store then maybe that might work?
