You can send the bad unit back to tramontina they have lifetime warranty, I use and abuse these tramontina 3 ply units, for the past 5 years and I am very satisfied no issues what so ever. I use them everyday and when I say use heavy usage 1-3x a day in fact I got larger ones from the sams club deal posted here on SD so i can just cook larger batches and not have to cook multiple times. Also Calphalon does not even compare to these these are way better in quality from my experience and of course all clad is a totally different beast.
From your link-

IIRC Cooks Illustrated had similar results back when they tested these... All Clad was many times higher price and the differences were minimal.

So you bought pans from a brand with a lifetime warranty, from a store that also essentially has a lifetime warranty....and when there was a problem you just threw them away?

You might be on the wrong forum LMAO
I've owned their Tramontina 10" pan from Costco. They are a 2 pack and the heat from my electric stove warped the bottom so there is like a bulge. So the pan is no longer flat. Just wanted to throw this out in case anyone cares. I now use Calphalon or All Clad. Yes a bit more expensive but worth it IMO.

I must of missed that item, I don't remember seeing Costco carrying Tramontina 10" stainless steel pans in a 2 pack.

I have the Walmart set and love the shit out of it. This is a great deal from costco since I wish I had that deep saute pan more than a larger sloped one like the Walmart set.
