I just got an email from MCR. They're sending me an Amazon gift card by FedEx. The estimated time of delivery is 7 to 10 business days.

I received two mails from coca cola today. One with subject "Coke.com General Assistance" and other mail containing the Cash star link & password. They have sent to everyone who played on those particular dates and received the invalid Amazon GC code. I sent email to them about the issue but my husband didn't. We both received the GCs. Check your emails & enjoy!!!

Well, that's not what the CSR said when I called MCR today to tell them they had shipped the card to the wrong address. He confirmed that the card was for this promo. He also confirmed my prior hypothesis that the first code was just a test that shouldn't have gone live. Of course, he could be completely wrong on all counts.

I got that "Coke.com General Assistance" email tonight and it was blank. So, I'll be calling them again tomorrow to see if I can clear this up. I'll post whatever I find out.

I finally got my CashStar code today, so you were right. I called them today and now they have no idea why they sent me the gift card, since the sweeps they told me I may have won doesn't have this as a prize. I'm just going to take the money and be grateful.
