The Arizona Senate pass SB 1142 last year which would have permitted police to seize Civil Assets, up to and including homes, of people who plan a demonstration that could turn violent. Without it having occurred, let alone turned violent. They could have been charged under RICO laws. Luckily there was an outcry about it and it stalled in the House, but Thoreau must have been rolling in his grave...
