open to (a) legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states); OR (b) legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of the province of Quebec) who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry

run from 12:00 a.m. PT on the start date to 11:59 p.m. PT on the end date outlined below. The five (5) Entry Periods are:

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per calendar day for each Entry Period.

PRIZES:

First Prizes: Each First Prize Winner will receive an Oculus Rift VR headset. Each First Prize has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $399USD/$516CDN. A total of ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded for the entire Promotion. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $3,990USD/$5,160CDN.

Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a Grand Prize of a Custom Gaming Rig. Each Grand Prize has a maximum ARV of $10,000USD/$12,922CDN.

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $53,990USD/$69,770CDN.

There is a limit of one (1) First Prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person/household.

NOTIFICATION:

Twitter: Each prize winner will be contacted via @reply on his/her Tweet (the "Notification"). Prize winner must visit www.twitter.com/quangoinc (the "Website") and follow @quangoinc within two (2) days of the @reply date in order to allow Quango to send prize winner a direct message. Prize winner must respond to the direct message within two (2) days of the message date by replying to the direct message with specific personal information to include his/her first name, last name, physical address, city, state, zip, email and date of birth.
