Computing the difference on a per-package basis...
Relative to Super Mega, that gives (2816-2556)/2556=10.2% more sheets in Mega.
Note that the sheets are a different size also:
3.92" x 4.00" = 15.68 in^2 w/ Mega
4.27" x 3.72" = 15.88 in^2 w/ Super Mega
So the actual area difference is:
Relative to Super Mega, that gives (306-281)/281=8.9% more area in Mega.
One may argue the width difference doesn't matter so only take the length difference into account. It's not entirely clear to me which measurement is width vs length. If their labeling order is the same, the first measurements are 3.92" & 4.27 and the second measurements 4.00" & 3.72". Not knowing which is which, it seems the total length of a package would be either:
2816*3.92"=11039" Mega
2556*4.27"=10914" Super Mega
(11039-10914)/10914=1.1% more length in Mega
or
2816*4.00"=11264" Mega
2556*3.72"=9508 Super Mega
(11264-9508)/9508=18.5% more length in Mega
Anyone know which measurement is which? Googling I found at least one reference about the width reducing from 4.27" to 3.92". If that's true, then the lengths are the other values which means Mega has 18.5% more length. So long as that narrower width doesn't bother you, this is quite the difference length in favor of Mega.
All signs point to Mega!
The price works out to:
17.1¢ per "regular roll", for which I aim under 20¢
2.0¢ per ft^2, which I aim under 2.5¢
Up and up is terrible
Life is too short to use shit TP

From my quick math this is a better deal on the ultra soft toilet paper than target has this past week if you include the gift card as a rolling gift card:
3 pack of 8 rolls 326 sheets/roll = 7824 sheets
$18.47 after the $10 gift card = .00236/sheet
If I remember correctly the last deal was around .0026/sheet for the ultra soft but that the strong was closer to this price. Only reason I hadn't bought was I forgot last night before it needed, so pretty good deal
Thanks OP just in time
Up and up makes very good diapers At almost half price compared to Huggins or diapers. My first kid was all pampers until I discovered up and up. Never looked back. Even use their overnight diapers. Second kid all up and up.

I agree on up and up but for my second one, it caused rashes and I wasn't able to purchase! Every kids different! O well

For Ultra Strong, this works out to about $0.00218987/sheet vs $.0023784722222222 per sheet on that deal.
(3) Charmin Ultra Strong 8 Mega Plus Rolls
Price: $9.99 * 3 = $29.97
$10.00 Giftcard
$1.50 S&S discount
Net Price: $29.97 - $10.00 - $1.5 = $18.47
Sheets: 352 * 8 * 3 = 8,448
$18.47 / 8,448 = $.0.00218987 per sheet
Ultra Soft is also cheaper
