I'm currently on my 4th refurbished pair through Harmon audio due to 3 different issues. I'd personally not recommend not buying these because of those issues, and I'm not impressed by the sound. To each their own though.
Decent sound, and yes, there are headband issues due to poor design. The stress points were not considered properly and plastic used was not a grade consistent with stress loads.

Additionally, these things are HUGE and stick out far from your head. Not really something you'd want to wear in public.

The headband on these is notoriously bad, in a similar fashion to the original Sony Wiresless Gold Headset, the band cracks more so in dry weather.

Is there any other difference than size with the 300's?

Don't buy these, I have to return mine due to rattle. Feel bad for anyone who spent 299 on them

I'm tempted to buy these for my wife, I bought the 700 Everest elite a while back and have been extremely happy with them. Not sure what the difference is with the elite though

The Elite has noise cancelling and a passthrough mode controllable by the app, these do not

I have owned this for a year. It is comfortable and the NC is good. I prefer this to my Sennheiser. I bought mine for $110 refurbished.

Just ordered these from the musicians friend deal a couple weeks ago for $79.99. They are like brand new. Only in white though. I ordered the gray ones from new egg. If they are as nice as the white ones, I will just return my original order.
