I'm waiting for the LG SK10Y (to upgrade my SJ9) with Meridian Technology which uses signal processing to raise the sound above the bar to the TV image and widens the sound field further. It will also work with the new SPK8-S wireless rears kit.

I bit. I was wavering between this and a system with rear channels. This is a nice compromise since I can always opt to add the rear channels later. No tax also makes it nice.

Looks like the 10 is double the price tho :/ maybe will come down substantially in a slickdeal soon
