Used to be the case few years ago when amzn was still trying to get the upper hand. Now amzn is the king and prices between amzn and other retailers are not that much off most of the time, actually even cheaper oftentimes at big retailers. Sure it depends on the item you are buying. But if you wanna do comparative shopping don't assume amzn price is the cheapest, not any more. Too many ppl fall into this amzn trap now a days. Not only that prices of everything on amzn have increased but also tax is charged almost everywhere. So other than convenience (for lazy ppl), amazon does not really have any competitive edge over others for lots of items you buy on it.

Why not buy it @ BB when you're there touching it, since they price match Amazon?

I'm almost positive it has to be three $100 gift cards.

I am in the process of ordering a $100 gift card, and I do *not* see the free $10 gift card in the "Your Order" section (in the past the free gift card would be listed in the "Your Order" section, but it is missing this time).

Same here, that's weird. It doesn't expire until 5/12 so I'm gonna hold off.

Could the deal not be "active" right now? Even though bestbuy.com states that the deal is active?

I don't want to purchase a giftcard thinking I would get a free code, only to not be eligible and not actually receive the savings code.

I see the deal on the cashstar site now. I guess this is a situation in which Best Buy advertised the deal before it was active.

Like the Kroger deal better where the saving is instant. Too bad it usually sells out very fast.

Probably stupid question but can you buy physical gift cards with e gift cards. Not a fan of digital gift cards.
