In addition to the standard 4X Gift Card digital coupon available as in this OP, they also have MC,Visa specific digital coupon. Add both coupons to cover the most cards possible.

I don't think that you are correct about the 5 times use. These would be unlimited use on Fri, Sat and Sun.
