I have one that looks nearly identical to this one that I bought 4 years ago from Aldi. Still works great and looks great. And I leave it out all winter with just a grill cover over it. I don't even cover it in the summer either, so it gets hit with rain, hail , sun, heat, wind, whatever.
When I bought it I was looking to buy a cheap grill that I could use and abuse for 2 years without having to baby it, and then trash it and buy a really nice grill. But this thing just keeps on going. So for me it was a good buy.
Edit: Also, has a 2 year warranty. I am not sure how that is handled but I heard from a neighbor that my local Aldi takes back anything under warranty if it fails. YMMV.

Like most any other grill, it's not difficult but it takes some time and patience. A lot of screws are involved, if I remember correctly, for the legs and base assembly. The actual grill part is pretty much assembled. It's just a matter of affixing the lid to the base after the base is assembled and then a few small adjustments here and there. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to buy it already assembled, but that was not an option. I think local Walmart stores sell similar cheap grills like this one that are pre-assembled, if that is what you are seeking.
This Aldi Range Master grill seems to be identical to the Dyna Glo 4 burner model sold at Home Depot for $159.
Both grills are the exactly the same except for cosmetic differences between the badge, lid, and knobs. They are obviously built by the same manufacturer.
There is a video on the HD website that shows an overview of the assembly process.
How do you know if it's 5/13 or 5/16 for your location?
Check which weekly ad[aldi.us] it is in for your location. Sometimes stores put items out early (or not at all) so if you really want an item you should go in a few days early and ask a manager when it will be available.
