Careful, buydig does not care if your package gets delivered or not. Delivery to LA? Did I receive my purchased monitor? Nope. I called customer service - they responded that it wasn't their problem and told me to deal with the delivery company. Terrible.

Part time baggage handler here....Hard sided bags are a good choice for your bags not to get crushed (unless it has the "soft" extension in which case it could get pushed side to side).

Also PSA, unless your bags have spinner wheels, it's getting thrown to my partner who's doing the stacking inside the baggage compartments. I need to get it to cross distance quickly. If it's got spinner wheels, I push it. If it's got two wheels or no wheels, it's getting thrown. Also those stupid hard sided duffels are the worst to deal with (think OGIO). Please get spinners to save my back. Thanks!

20" is definitely acceptable as carryon baggage for all major airlines. it's when you get to the 22"-24" size that it becomes iffy

Good Price. But most of 1* Amazon reviews were about the wheels that got broken within few uses. Its concerning.

I have a bigger version of this bag probably taken it on 8 flights all 4 wheels still holding up fine. They do come with a 5 year warranty.
