FlyUnited: Your runway to 21,800 bonus miles. This is likely a targeted offer (YMMV), but hoping other frequent flyers out there check their United App.
On the Android United App, I received a notification titled "Earn 21,800 bonus miles. Start flying today to earn your bonus miles.
When I registered, "You're ready for departure. Start flying today to earn 21,800 bonus award miles. Remember to book and complete your travels by July 31, 2018."
As a Premier Platinum status, I had the following personalized goals:

Did the offer just appear when you opened the app?
The only applicable flights are under UA or United Express. Codeshares and tickets starting with 016 do not apply

The offer appeared when I opened the app. I did not receive any email notifications
When I get home, I'll check the UA app on my Android phone to see if there are notifications.
I was Gold for many years and got Platinum this year. Besides the lounge benefits, it's kind of useless to me. The last time I got upgraded was 5 years ago. Since then, my upgrade success rate has been 0. (out of almost 117 flights)
