Wells Fargo Go Far Rewards 40% cashback at Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John's, P.F. Chang's, and Papa John's

I logged in to check for any offers on my Wells Fargo Cash Wise Visa and to my surprise they are offering in store purchases at Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John's, P.F. Chang's, and Papa John's 40% cashback capped at $40 until June 10th, it looks like it is capped per a merchant. I didn't see any fine print about not being able to buy a gift card.
