IMO its worth $50


If you go thru further in the process you get more pts. But all i went for was the 12.5k pts.

how far did you get to get the points? did you go through the part of submitting the income stuff or only until it gets the credit score with the soft check?

Yes you have to submit income info. You have to get all the way to a pre-approval letter, it's obvious when you get there. None of it needs to be verifiable except what's needed for the soft pull, unless you actually want a mortgage from them.

thanks, I see it now. I submitted all good info just in case, but I doubt they have anything near what I have, given I refinanced when they pretty much had the best rates and now rates gave gone up...I could use a HELOC/loan, but we'll see
