Found this Dewalt Flexvolt 2.5 gallon battery powered compressor on sale for $199 at Fleetfarm (linky) [fleetfarm.com] plus $19.95 shipping. Total is $218.95 with no additional tax (at least for CA).

I'd been looking for a smaller, more portable compressor vs wheeling my 10 gallon around. I found this and figured I could keep using my existing pneumatic nailers instead of replacing them with expensive battery powered ones (although I'd love to). This compressor costs $299 at Home Depot and most other online retailers.

These are on clearance for $149 in Home Depot and of course it's YMMV, keep an eye on it. I got one on Wednesday. and I am pretty sure these were not open box items as I saw a couple of people selling it for $200 on FB marketplace.

I bought one last fall for $250. This is a good price. I like mine a lot and it works well, although I wish it would have been made to have higher pressure as I use it to fill my bicycle tires and though this is rated at 135psi max it doesn't quite get there. The regulator is very cool in that you don't twist is much but it could use a gauge for higher accuracy.
