I tried it on PC, Xbox One S and Xbox One X. Honestly, if you have a powerful PC, the PC version is better although it is still a very unpolished game with a lot of issues.
PUBG has lost about half its audience. Some decrease is expected but the outlook, overall, is not good for PUBG.
* Fortnite is free while PUBG charges $30.
* PUBG is very unpolished in both how it runs and its grpahics compared to Fortnite
* PUBG has one mode, Battle Royale, while Fortnite and upcoming competition will have multiple components, stories, and modes that make up their games.
PUBG is more realistic compared to Fortnite which some compare to being cartoony but that is part of what appeals to a broader audience. You walk around the middle schools and what kids are talking about is Fortnite right now, not PUBG.
Microsoft should of bought the studio and put its vast resources behind the game considering how much they marketed the game and tied it into their console instead of relying upon the good graces of the third party to clean up their product.

The Xbox version is around six months behind the PC version. The PC version is definitely better, but the Xbox version is on the way. It is still super fun.
